Overview
Located in Fula City, Ash and Pikachu arrived in time to join the people of Fula City for the annual Wind Festival. Ash joined the Pokemon catching contest where he met different people with different stories. He met Lisa, a newbie Pokemon trainer, Torito, a researcher who doesn't believe in himself and his friend Karachi who never said anything true to him. It also tells the story of Hisui, a Pokemon hater and the mysterious girl Rarugo. Will Ash win this year's Pokemon catching game while helping his new-found friends? Will Risa and the rest of the gang learn their lessons after the festival?
