Overview
The latest spin-off of popular teenage vampire drama "The Originals" follows a young woman who carries the blood of vampires, werewolves, and witches in her lineage. As one of the potentially most powerful creatures in the world, she's enrolled in a secret school designed to help young supernaturals control their powers. Surrounding lead character Hope Mikaelson are a number of friends, enemies, and acquaintances. These include mysterious love interest Landon Kirby, powerful witch Josie Saltzman, and her twin sister Lizzie. Equal parts X-Men, Harry Potter, and The Vampire Diaries, this show blends together traditional high school drama with supernatural pathos and horror.
