Overview
Set in the rugged American West circa 1880, Godless follows savage criminal Frank Griffin on his trek to hunt down his former ward, Roy Goode, who abandoned Griffin's gang of murderous thugs. While on the lam, Goode finds himself hiding out with a weary,hard-as-nails widow named Alice Fletcher in the dirty, shabby town of La Belle, New Mexico. The town is largely populated by women due to a large-scale mining accident that took nearly all the man and all the law. The town bands together to fight Griffin and his gang, however, when they come in search of Goode.
