Overview
As the buildup to global conflict occurs in the 1920's, resistance to the Japanese is led by a group of Korean fighters. These fighters work desperately to smuggle in explosives that can be used to eliminate the Japanese presence in Seoul. At the center of the conflict is a Japanese police officer who was born in Korea. The officer must choose between his loyalties to the Japanese and a desire to preserve his own heritage. The choice he makes could have a lasting impact on the future of his homeland.
