Overview
In New York City, Ruby's world couldn't be farther from Johnny's, she a classical ballet dancer at a prestigious school, he a hip hop violinist performing in the subway. However, with Ruby's scholarship on the line and Johnny being threatened with deportation, the two must set aside their differences and figure a way to bring their worlds together. Enlisting the help of the SwitchSteps hip hop group, the two set out to win a competition that could make it or break it for them both.
