Overview
It is America in 1930's. A young man named Bobby travels from New York to Hollywood to work with his famous uncle, Phil, who is a producer in the star-studded and glamorous film industry. He dreams of taking his experiences in Hollywood home one day to use in a night club venture with his brother Ben. Yet, the cafe society that developed from fashionable cafes and nightclubs during this time soon draws him along an altogether different path. Soon after, Bobby also feels the pull of love and begins to wonder if he will ever return home to New York.
