Overview
In a time when humans and monsters shared the planet, humans turn on the monsters and force them out of their homes. When a civil war threatens to tear the monsters apart, the Monster Queen escapes to the Human Realm to protect herself. Human mayor Song Tianyin becomes pregnant with the Monster Queen's child and teams up with Hua Xiaolan to save the baby from both the humans and the monsters.
