Overview
A heroin dealer, Victor Rosa, decides to go on the straight and narrow when Jack Wimmer offers him a way to invest his ill-gotten gains in a business deal. But Rosa does not have all the money that Wimmer needs to make the deal work. Rosa goes to LaColumbiana, a criminal and borrows the remaining money from her. Unfortunately, when Rosa finds out that Wimmer isn't the financial genius Rosa thought he was, Rosa must deal with owing LaColumbiana the money and she isn't going to be very nice about it.
