Overview
John Wojtowicz is a man in a relationship with another man named Leon. Though they are not legally married, they consider themselves to be married. However, Leon is not happy because he does not believe that he is meant to be a man. He wants to have gender reassignment surgery, but they cannot afford it. John is a very outspoken advocate of gay rights, and he is willing to do off-the-wall things to support the cause. In this case, he decides to rob a bank and use the money that he steals to fund Leon's surgery. Will he be successful?
