Overview
Fred's domineering daughter has talked him into selling his huge home. He's alone now and doesn't need all the room. Fred doesn't care where he is since he's realized that his life has been quite disappointing. It causes him to become depressed. He sleeps most of his day, or otherwise bemoans the years spent with a woman he hated, and in a job that didn't mean anything. Elsa lives in Fred's new building. She's decided that she would like to spend time with Fred although he has no desire to start a friendship with anyone. Elsa inches her way into Fred's life and changes his whole outlook on life.
