Overview
Life After Beth combines classic romantic comedy conceits with the contemporary zombie trend. When Zach's girlfriend Beth dies in a tragic accident, he is understandably heartbroken. However, his mourning period is cut short when Beth mysteriously returns from the dead, acting like nothing is wrong. She has no memory of the events leading up to her death, nor does she remember digging her way out of her own grave. She has even forgotten about wanting to break up with Zach before she died. Zach is happy to continue dating her even though her body is starting to decompose. While all of this is happening, other deceased people come back to life and cause typical zombie mayhem. Zach has to grapple with losing the love of his life again in the midst of an apocalypse.
