Overview
Immortal vampire Adam lives in a ghetto area of Detroit, composing and recording music that is wildly successful. He purchases blood from a doctor and has another human named Ian who does his shopping. Adam asks Ian to get him a wooden bullet. The human returns with it and Adam loads it into a gun, contemplating suicide. A video chat call from him wife, Eve, stops him. Concerned for her lover, Eve flies to Detroit to be with him. The pair shares an idyllic few days, until Eve's younger sister Ava arrives and murders Ian. The couple flee the area after leaving Ian's corpse in a factory. With no way to procure donated blood, the two are forced to turn to unwilling humans to satiate their need for blood.
