Overview
Mandy Lane and her friend Emmet are not counted among the cool kids at their high school. Things change for Mandy when she starts maturing and becomes an object of every boys desire. She attends a party, thrown by Dylan, with Emmet in tow. But the party ends tragically when Dylan dies after being coaxed by Emmet to dive off a roof into a pool. Less than a year later Mandy, who has become estranged from Emmet, attends another party with a different circle of friends. Before long party goers begin to die. The killer is Emmet, who is eager to get revenge on the kids who tormented him and to keep a deadly promise he made with Mandy.
