Facing certain death following a catastrophic mechanical failure, the passengers on Peninsula Flight 2549 bond as they share their worries, memories and fears. As the pilots of the Mexico City-bound plane try to work with the control tower to find a solution to the problems and bring the plane to a safe landing, the chief steward and his flight attendants put aside their personal concerns and work overtime to distract the passengers from the impending doom. Together, passengers and flight crew fight to come to terms with their likely fate and the fact that they only people they will be able to say goodbye to were, until a few moments ago, complete strangers. |
