Johanna works as a caregiver for an old man who lives with Sabitha, his mean-spirited teenage granddaughter. Sabitha orchestrates it so that Johanna begins to date her father, who no longer is a major part of Sabitha's life. Their relationship begins as a disaster, but soon he helps to bring out things in her that she did not know she had.
