Overview
A trio of crooks who substantially overestimate their own intelligence make the fateful decision to stick up a poker game with mob protection, thus triggering the collapse of New Orleans' underground economy, and restitution must be paid. To this end, the ruling elite of the city's underworld hire Jackie Cogan.
