Overview
There is an old saying that you can never go home again, but no one ever really tells you why you can never go home again. Amanda Vaughn thought she had it all when she was growing up. She was pretty, she was popular, and her family was a key part of the wealthy Dallas neighborhood she used to call home. But when Amanda gets married and leaves that neighborhood, she wonders if she will ever see it again. After her husband dies, Amanda moves back to her home neighborhood, but now she has to face the adult issues that she was protected from when she was younger. Amanda is starting to realize that it may be true that you can never really go home again.
