Overview
Arnold finds out that a real estate company called FutureTech Industries will be redeveloping Arnold's neighborhood turning it into a shopping mall. The mayor signed the redevelopment plan which means that the whole neighborhood including the boarding house where Arnold lives with his grandparents will be demolished. The neighbors sign a petition asking the mayor to cancel the redevelopment project. Along with the petition, they hold a rally to protest the building of the super shopping mall. Their permit is stolen and many people are arrested for protesting without a permit. This defeats most of the neighbors who give up and talk about selling to Scheck, the CEO of FutureTech Industries. Arnold must find a way to save his neighborhood from becoming the site of a high-rise shopping mall.
