Dharma is a beautiful, free-spirited flower child kind of young woman who believes in living a spiritual, non-materialistic lifestyle. She meets a young lawyer, Greg, who is focused on the practical world of making money and getting things done. Dharma and Greg go out on a first date and make the wildly spontaneous decision to get married on the spot. The result is a lighthearted comedy which pits the hippy, New Age beliefs of Dharma against the down-to-earth practicality of Greg. A clashing blend of two families with opposing views, including in-laws, struggle to get along, but create delightful comedy along the way. |
