| Overview
Delaware mom and cupcake maker Mary Maroni is thrown for a loop when she's unexpectedly handed the mayoral reins of the small town in which she lives. It's not an easy job for her to assume, either, because Bridgeville is saddled with serious budget problems brought about by the laziness and corruption of the town's administrative staff. She may not have a college education but what she does bring is an understanding of the common folk. It's with this connection to the regular citizens of her small Delaware town that she's able to turn their glum fortunes around and begin to uplift Bridgeville from the problems that threaten to drag it downward. |
