Overview
Emilia is a recent Harvard graduate who has just married Jack, a successful New York lawyer who at one time was her boss, and was also married. When Jack and Emilia lose their first child, she quickly finds herself in a world filled with grief and despair. Emilia struggles to find a connection with her stepson William, while coping with an estranged father and her husband’s jealous ex-wife, Carolyn. With stepson William helping to ease her broken heart, Emilia begins a long and difficult journey to save her failing marriage and put a troubled past behind her.
