Wealthy and arrogant teen Kyle Kingson enjoys taunting others. When he invites a classmate named Kendra to an environmental rally, then abandons her, she takes his rejection personally. She casts a spell on Kyle that turns him into a repulsive creature. He can only break the spell when he finds someone to love him as his beastly self. Kyle's father, revolted by his son, sends Kyle to live in Brooklyn. The plot thickens as Kyle intervenes in a scuffle between a druggie and a dealer and demands the victim's daughter, Lindy, live with him as compensation. The two form a friendship over time, prompting Kyle to wonder if the spell can be broken. |
