Overview
Jim lives the ultimate guy's life in Chicago, owning a construction company, playing the blues with his band and cheering on every professional sports team in town. If everything was only done his way, life would be perfect, except that his wife Cheryl doesn't agree. While Jim and Cheryl love each other, their differing approaches to life and to parenting their three young children make life interesing and uproarious. Throw in Cheryl's rotund and zany brother Andy, who works with Jim, and her opinionated yet stylish sister Dana, who often despises Jim, and the family dynamics make for hilarious and impassioned standoffs between the sexes. Through it all the group learns to navigate the waters of family and enjoy the blessings of relationships.
