Paul Conroy is trapped alive inside of a coffin buried in the ground. Inside the coffin are a lighter and a phone. As he lies there helpless, he recollects how he got into this deadly predicament. Conroy is a civilian truck driver working on contract in Iraq. His convoy was attacked. He survived, but was taken captive by a man named Jabir, who wants a $5 million ransom for his release from the coffin. Dan Brenner, leader of a crack hostage rescue team, is his only hope of survival. The phone becomes Conroy's lifeline to the outside world. Brenner informs Conroy his kidnappers may be dead. However, Jabir calls Conroy and escalates his threats. Brenner gets the location and rushes to save Conroy before he suffocates. |
