John Baxter is a reporter who exposes con artists. He recently exposed the con artists behind the supposed haunting of 112 Ocean Avenue. With some coaxing from the real estate agent, Baxter purchases the home after his divorce. Clifford Sanders, the real estate agent, prepares the house for Baxter's arrival. Clifford is found dead, but that doesn't dissuade Baxter from moving into the home. His partner, Melanie experiences her own trouble in the house. She tries to convince Baxter that the house is haunted. In the face of all the accounts of trouble, Baxter refuses to believe that the house is haunted after the investigation he'd conducted. Evidence of paranormal accounts from family and friends develop. Will Baxter finally believe there's a problem in the house, or will it have to claim his life before he believes? |
