Overview
After a botched job, a pair of hit men, the seasoned veteran Ken and the recently emotionally unhinged Ray, are mysteriously sent to Bruges, Belgium, to await further instructions from their boss, the acerbic and steadfast Harry. While in Bruges, Ken and Ray become entangled in the nefarious dealings of the beautiful Chloe, a movie production featuring a racist dwarf, the city's history and sights and the alienation of a group of American tourists. By the time the truth of their visit is learned, the city has transformed Ken enough that he can no longer perform his job, bringing an angry Harry to town to attempt to clean up their mess, leading to a chase throughout the city -- after which Ken, Ray and Harry will never be the same.
