Overview
As his mother's health declines from ovarian cancer, young Steven goes to live in the near-condemned King Edward Hotel with his eccentric uncles, Arthur and Danny. Despite Arthur's incessant hording and Danny's paranoid delusions, the uncles provide Stephen with a new identity as Franz and help the young boy come to terms with his family situation. Over time and with the secret creation of a memorial to his mother, Stephen embraces the uniqueness that resides in everyone, including himself.
