Overview
Margaret Hall is a married woman who is forced to raise her children on her own because her husband is constantly away on business. The Hall's have a comfortable life, which includes property along a secluded beach area. As her son's Beau and Jack get older, they decide to explore what it means to be a teenager in an affluent family. One morning, Margaret awakens to find Beaus' gay lover face down and dead on the family's beach. The police investigation begins, but Margaret is convinced that Beau is innocent. She soon becomes very active in the investigation and decides that she will do whatever it takes to prove that her son is not a murderer. Sometimes that means going outside the law and finding things that she was never meant to see.
