Overview
Two researchers, Lillian Reynolds and Michael Brace create a way of recording and playing back peoples experiences. As the technology becomes more advanced, the project quickly becomes more than what they bargained. Members of the development team begin to use the technology for their less than moral purposes including Brace who is trying to reconcile with his estranged wife. When the government realizes the numerous military applications, they try to kick Reynolds and Brace off the team. Things get even more complicated when a researcher on the team is being recorded during his own death, and Brace wants to play it back and find out what dying is really like.
