Kristy is a spunky young tomboy with younger step-siblings and a longing for her dad to be a part of her life. She also has lots of great ideas, and one summer, she decides to rally her six best friends to create a service that will look after the kids in town during the day. Kristy's friends are Stacey, Claudia, Mary Anne, Dawn, Jessi and Mallory, and each of them bring something unique to the baby-sitting game. This project will take a lot of organizing, and when they finally succeed in getting it together, they will find that even for seven capable baby-sitters, running a summer camp is not so easy. Nonetheless, their bond of friendship will sustain them as they entertain these young children. |
