Overview
Dave is not an ordinary guy, mainly owing to the fact that he is actually a spaceship in the form of a human being piloted by a crew of tiny, coldly analytical aliens whose people had sent an orb to draw the salt from the planet's oceans. Fortunately for Earth's people, the orb has landed in the hands of a boy named Josh, the son of a woman who accidentally hits Dave with her car. With 48 hours to recover the orb and drop it in the Atlantic Ocean, Dave's diminutive crew plan to complete the mission but end up learning the value of life and love in the process.
