| Overview
It's no surprise that playwright Ivan Travalian is feeling overwhelmed. He's struggling to get his new play on stage, butting heads with a director who's no fan of his latest work, a producer who wants alterations to his script, and an actress who has never worked on the stage before. That's nothing compared to Travalian's home life. His unfaithful wife is shacking up with her new boyfriend, leaving Travalian to raise five kids, some of which are from his wife's former marriages. Meanwhile he is busy trying to build a romantic relationship with his stage-frightened leading lady. It's enough to drive a man over the edge, and it looks like that's where Travalian is headed. |
