Overview
Mikey Chapman understands what it’s like to be a cute child star. He also knows just how quickly one can lose fame. Now that he’s grown up and no longer a star, he has gone into business with his brother. The two of them run a talent agency, and it’s their job to try to find a potential child star for television. Mikey thinks he’s found one when he meets Angie Vega. Angie’s not your typical candidate for fame. In fact, he meets her when she picks his pocket. Despite this inauspicious beginning, Mikey senses that the kid has talent, and he decides that he wants to give her a chance to change her life.
