Although three years have passed since Diane's sudden and traceless disappearance, her boyfriend, Jeff, never stops the search for her, always blaming himself for having left her alone when their car ran out of gas. One day, Barney Cousins shows up at his doorstep claiming to have information about Diane's whereabouts, but will only show Jeff what happened to her if he agrees to go through the same process that Diane did. A desperate Jeff agrees to those terms, only to find himself drugged and buried alive. As luck would have it, Jeff's new girlfriend, Rita, discovers his otherwise hidden obsession with Diane and in turn, investigates his whereabouts after his disappearance. The now desperate Rita is the only hope Jeff has to thwart Barney Cousins' diabolical plans. |
