Overview
Uncle Buck has never proven himself to be the most reliable person in the world, but his brother Bob is forced to rely on him due to an emergency in his wife's family. Buck honestly tries to make the household work in his brother and sister-in-law's absence, and although he makes a mess of it, wins the affection of the couple's two youngest children. The oldest daughter, angry about a recent family move, makes life as difficult as possible for Buck, who is also having problems with his long-term girlfriend Chanice. Buck then finds himself having to protect his oldest niece from her boyfriend who only wants her for sex.
