Overview
A hard working African American man who is facing foreclosure lands a job with an important socialite as his son’s “toy”. The socialite offers to pay him an amount of money that would get his family out of debt and change his economic status. Stuck in a difficult situation, the man takes the job, assuming that it will be easy to act as a toy. The boy and his toy start with a rocky relationship, but change throughout the course of the job. During the man’s journey with the socialite family, he observes that even rich people have dysfunctions in their relationships. The boy learns the value of friendship, and another character learns that money cannot buy the most important elements in life.
