Overview
Loosely inspired by the classic Mickey Mouse cartoon of the same name, "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" is a live-action adventure that takes place in modern-day Manhattan. Two powerful wizards are squaring off against each other, and the fate of the world is at stake. Balthazar Blake is determined to prevent the evil Maxim Horvath from triumphing, but he does not believe that he is capable of accomplishing the alone. Hence, Balthazar recruits a young man named Dave Stutler. Dave doesn't see anything remarkable about himself and does not want it drawn out of him, but Balthazar is convinced that his hidden talents in the realm of magic are just what he needs in order to keep evil at bay. But can he train him in time?
