Overview
Jay Austin quit the military police after a run-in with a commanding officer, Colonel Caldwell, over the handling of a drunk driving case and became a police detective in the civilian world. Now a rash of murders have muddied the line between military and civilian and Austin must now work with the same man who drove him away from his original career. The fact that he is dating Caldwell's daughter does not make things any easier.
