Overview
Skilled musicians Jack and Frank Baker perform sentimental music in low-paying clubs, but they manage to make a living. Jack prefers to play jazz and rarely has the opportunity to do so. Meanwhile, work is becoming harder to find as times change. The brothers decide to seek a female singer who can enhance their popularity. They choose a beautiful and talented vocalist named Susie Diamond. Their performances quickly become more popular, but personal conflict between the brothers and Jack's attraction to Susie jeopardize their newfound success.
