Overview
Taran is an orphan and assistant pig-keeper to a magical pig named Hen Wen that can predict the future. The evil Horned King decides to kidnap Hen Wen to take advantage of her great powers, and Taran is unable to save her. With the help of a hairy creature, a beautiful princess and an exaggerating bard, Taran must recover Hen Wen before the Horned King can use her second sight to find the dreaded Black Cauldron that will unleash a deadly army on the kingdom.
