Overview
A pair of not to bright criminals attempt to kidnap the wife of a successful businessman but instead snag his maid. When a cat happens to wander into where she is being kept, she scratches a short message on a watch and slips it around the cat's neck. The cat's human friend, Patty, finds the watch and becomes intrigued about it. Patty volunteers to help the official assigned to the case, but the agent is unsure about the help he can get from Patty or the cat.
