Intergalactic boy scout Superman is still determined to fight for Truth, Justice and the American Way, but his concerns become even more global when his arch-rival Lex Luthor decides that the time has come for nuclear arms to be traded freely. In an effort to lift the restrictions on them, he creates Nuclear Man, a radioactive being who may just be a match for Superman. If he can knock out Superman, the world is in big trouble. Of course, Superman does not go down easily. Many great monuments of the world fall as Lex's creation strives to destroy Superman, but the Man of Steel gamely reconstructs them. However, his nemesis remains a threat. How long can he keep this dangerous Lex Luthor stooge at bay? |
