Overview
Two plumbers, brothers Mario and Luigi, travel from Brooklyn to a parallel universe to save the kidnapped princess Daisy. They discover a futuristic dystopian society ruled over by a villainous dictator and his humanoid alien followers. The evil army is hell bent on crossing over into Mario and Luigi's universe and imposing their rule of law. The brothers are humanity's only hope. This is a science-fiction adaptation of the most influential video game of all time. It borrows heavily, though not exclusively, from its source material.
