Overview
Barry lives with his single father in Texas and is having a rough time of it. Asthmatic, Barry cannot participate in sports and the school bully and his gym teacher torment him about it. Barry daydreams about being a martial arts expert like Chuck Norris and decides to learn karate. After some initial difficulties he finds Mr. Lee who teaches him karate and Barry gets good enough to consider entering a team in a competition. When he finds himself short one team mate at the competition, who should come out of the stands to help him but Chuck Norris.
