Overview
RoboCop has been cleaning up the streets of Detroit for some time now, and he is doing an excellent job of it. The public love him, and the streets of the city are safer than they have been in decades. However, a troubling new drug has appeared on the scene. Known as Nuke, this new drug threatens to plunge the city back into violence. The leader of the cult who manufactures Nuke is Cain. He captures RoboCop and dismantles him. The thugs dump Robocop on the steps of the police department. He is rebuilt, but his is programmed with kinder instructions that make him a poor police officer. Meanwhile, Cain is given the same cyborg implants that RoboCop has. Now, RoboCop must overcome his faulty programming and a new foe that is just as powerful as he is.
