Overview
The real world is nothing you can prepare for, even with a college degree. Lelaina is a talented, college valedictorian with the world at her fingertips, or so she believed. As she tries to maneuver in the world of documentary filmmaking and media hype, she wants to keep her artistic vision intact. After meeting a television executive named Michael, Lelaina should have it made with a strong contact in the media world. However, she lives with her volatile roommate, Vickie, and one-night stand, Troy. With sexual tension growing at the apartment between Troy and Lelaina, she finds that networking and dating a media contact like Michael is not for her. Trying to decipher between lovers and users, Lelaina must find a balance between her dreams and friends. The world is not always black and white.
