Overview
Actress Suzanne Vale is at a very difficult part of her life. Fresh out of detox, the only way she can keep her film contract is to move in with her mother, Doris Mann, who was once a star in Hollywood as well. Unfortunately, the only thing Mann does now is drink heavily. After spending years trying to get out of her mother's professional shadow, Vale is now thrust back into it. For all her problems, Vale ultimately begins to see the humor in her situation and finds out not only things about herself, but her mother as well.
