Overview
A plague has spread throughout Manhattan and children are dying. When it's discovered that household cockroaches are the carriers, the CDC asks famous entomologist Dr. Susan Tyler to come up with a solution. Susan engineers a new insect species, the "Judas Breed," from the DNA of several others that can attack the carriers with a deadly secretion. She and the CDC release it into to city and within six months the crisis ends. Three years later, unknown to them, a new epidemic is spreading. Although Susan designed the Judas Breed to die after one generation, it survived...and evolved. Now, mysterious men in trench coats keep appearing on streets and a large church group is found massacred. Can Susan stop her creation before it's too late?
