Overview
An American operative is a go-between for the U.S. government and a Nazi war criminal who escaped. The secret agent, Doc Levy, fakes the theft of a collection of gems, luring the war criminal, Szell, out of hiding in South America. Szell goes on the offensive, having Doc murdered. He also kidnaps Doc's brother, Babe, who knows nothing of Doc's work as an agent. Szell tries to extract information from Babe by performing terrible dental procedures on him. When Babe manages to escape, he then has to prepare to defend himself against Szell and his evil.
