Overview
Madea finds herself in a high speed police chase in the opening of this film. She is arrested and sentenced to anger management classes. Madea cannot stay out of trouble for long. She fires a machine gun to scatter unwanted party guests at her home after discovering her brother Joe is throwing a party. Madea gets sent to prison after losing her temper one time too many. She gets 5 to 10 years. Hilarity ensues as she encounters various people in jail. Meanwhile, a lawyer seeks to help his prostitute friend that has been sent to the same jail as Madea. Candy has been set up by the lawyer's scheming girlfriend. Madea doles out her brand of wisdom to her fellow inmates before getting sprung.
